Principal Designer & CDM Advice

The CDM Regulations 2015 are the health and safety regulations for the construction industry, applying to all work. We are able to act as the Principal Designer and Client’s Advisor.

Party Walls & Boundary Matters

We can assist you through the entire party wall process whether you are a building owner or adjoining owner, and can also act as agreed surveyor for the two parties.

Landlord and Tenant (Disrepair & Dilapidations)

Copperstone can act for landlords in preparing schedules or disrepair notices, or for tenants in responding to schedules and negotiating with landlords.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

We are experienced in undertaking the PPM inspections and creating schedules for properties of many different types such as block of flats, colleges, and town halls.
