SIMON CLARK
Director of Building Surveying
Simon is a chartered building surveyor with over 20 years of experience in consultancy and clientside. working on a full wide range of building types and uses, and in urban and rural locations around the country. Simon has a passion for historic buildings and is an RICS accredited Conservation Surveyor with extensive experience in the heritage sector.
Simon is also an incorporated member of the Association of Project Safety (APS) Building Surveying and M&E Services consultancyand has had scores of instructions as a Principal Designer or Client’s CDM Adviser under the CDM Regulations 2015. Simon is commercially astute and possesses a very strong professional conscience which ensures that the highest customer service levels are provided.
Away from work, Simon enjoys family time, cycling, following cricket and rugby internationals, visiting National Trust sites, good food and once in a while a fine ale, and socialising with friends, as well as voluntary work in the conservation world including as a member of the committees of conservation groups in Sussex and London.
